LIFE MEMBERSHIP

I hereby apply for Life Membership in the Denver Association of Petroleum Landmen.

In accordance with the DAPL By-Laws, Article IV, Section 1-C, Membership:

"Life Members: any active member who has attained the age of sixty-five and who has been active in the Association for the most recent five years. Life members shall enjoy all the rights and privileges of active members except receipt of DAPL publications and shall be exempt from the payment of dues. Life members may receive DAPL publications in consideration of tendering 50% of annual dues.”
